When I upgrade bbnpay.com to the bussiness plan, I need to pay $2,400/year. When I clicked the payment button, the plan was not upgraded successfully. However, a deduction record bill was generated. I made three consecutive deductions and received three bills. Bill numbers are IN-6144299, IN-6141804, IN-6141639. How can I apply for a refund for these three bills?
