How to add txt

I have not been able to sent emails to gmail accounts and was told by the company that hosts my website to TXT records and they send me the information but I don’t understand it. I know how to add a record but not how to input it. Here is what they sent me

3600 IN TXT “v=spf1 ip4:139.138.158.104/32 ~all”
3600 IN TXT “v=DMARC1; p=none; sp=none”

What goes where when imputing the record???

All that matters is the text in the quotes.
