Not able to add the second sub-domain name in the Cloudflare with one main domain

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

My domain name is nulls.tr and added one sub-domain like files.nulls.tr but now I want to add the second domain like modapk.nulls.tr but it not adding in the cloud fare. Any help pls.

You shouldn’t have any problems adding subdomains in the DNS under your domain nulls.tr. What error or message is shown when you try?
