This has come up a handful of times, not sure any of these posts lead to a resolution you can use, but may be helpful, https://community.cloudflare.com/search?q=amazon%20dkim%20records%20order%3Alatest. Looks like disabling cloud proxy on the amazon side may be helpful. Post back and let us know how it’s going.

Thank you for your response, and I’m sorry to admit that I am absolutely
clueless concerning this. I don’t even now what the cloud proxy on the
amazon side is. All I know is my DKIM verification is still pending.
I’m just trying to figure out how to verify it.

Hi @contactkcclark, sorry, and I am unfamiliar with how to disable it as well…may not hurt to get in queue with the Support team in case we cannot verify before they get a hold of the ticket.
