How to add subdomain to ip and custom port

i have domain: mydomain. com point to xx.xx.xx.xx
i want xxx .mydomain .com point to xx.xx.xx.xx:26657
please support.

DNS cannot “point” at a port as you are asking.

You can either…

  • create a subdomain in the DNS set to “DNS only” (not “Proxied”) and access it at (this bypasses Cloudflare)

(This assumes this is an HTTP/HTTPS application and not some other protocol, in which case only the first option will work).

i created subdomain and add origin rules but it is not working
https ://rpc daulac xyz : 26657

There is one more way too, recently tested and worked for me in case if we don’t have a hosting for and want to redirect each of the HTTP requests when someone tries to open to some other specific URL address (domain with a custom port):

You should request it with just if you are using an origin rule.

When I do, it redirects to your domain on that port - you should remove that redirect rule now you are using an origin rule (and the redirect won’t work anyway as it is redirecting to which is proxied and won’t be answered on port 26657).

curl -I
