How to add "skip" rule to WAF for google docs

Hello! I use importxml() method in google spreadsheets. This method gets some data from my site. But when my I use “under attack” mode in CF - this method doesn’t work (403 error). I tried to add custom rule to WAF with this ip-list https://www.gstatic.com/ipranges/goog.json from google and “Known bots” rule. Yesterday it works, but today it’s doesn’t work anymore.

What I do wrong?
