How to add records to DNS records

My test emails are going into my spam folder. Bluehost tells me in order to fix this, I have to add an “MX” and “TXT” records to my Cloudflare account. I AM able to find where to add the records, but my question is HOW. I’m unfamiliar with what format to enter them. (neither Bluehost nor Cloudflare will answer my question).

What exactly do I put in these fields for the MX record:

  1. Name (required) *at the bottom of that field it says “use @ for root”.
  2. Mail server (required)
  3. TTL

And for the “TXT” record, what would I put in these fields:

  1. Name (required) *at the bottom of that field it says “use @ for root”.
  2. TTL

I’m new at this. Thank you for any guidance.
