How to add mailbox 2 settings

123 reg has switched platform from generation one mail boxes to generation two mail boxes.
I will need my MX records changed accordingly to the generation two mailbox settings from 123 reg, so my email can be accessed.

Also I need to update the spf record for the generation two mailboxes that I have with 123 reg.

Help! I don’t know what settings to add!
