How to add an IP in firewall

I use Cloudflare DNS. WProcket plugin asks me to allow an ip by firewall to activate the feature of removing unused css. So, how can I add an IP listed in firewall?

You could achieve this by adding the origin host/server IP by navigating to the Security → Tools → IP Access Rules, enter the IP, select the action “allow” for your website

Now I no longer need the official plugin Cloudflate as I integrated it with WProcket plugin.
And I have already added the IP in accordance with your instruction.
