How to add an A record to the DNS

Hi I am totally new to Cloudflare and am doing this on behalf of a client.

I need to add an A record to the DNS in Cloudflare.

At the moment our client’s domain works if you type in https://tewayforwomen.com.au but not for https://www.tewayforwomen.com.au/.

I have been advised by our host that if we add an A record to the DNS the www version will work also.
