How to add a .TO domain

Hello everyone, I registered a .TO domain from tonic.to registry directly a while ago. Since then, I’ve been unable to add this domain to my dashboard here on Cloudflare. This is the error code I get when I try to add it:

DOMAIN.to is not a registered domain (Code: 1049)

What should I do? I know the domain is successfully registered and it shows up on various online whois servers.
