How to add a CNAME SSL

So, I am new to this area of expertise as our staff member who was in charge of this left us recently. I am trying to add something for a 3rd party to create a subdomain on our domain. They asked to add both a CNAME (Which I have done) and a CNAME SSL.

I can’t figure out how to add a CNAME SSL and none of the help docs seem to point me in the right direction. Any help would be great!

SSL is a server function. It needs to be set up at the host.
