how to add 2FA to the Wordpress Admin page with a FIDO2 stick?
I could only manage it via sending a code and Zero Trust. But it would be great to add a FIDO2 stick.

Usually, without using Cloudflare Access, we’d have to rely on a 3rd-party plugin either free or paid one which supports WebAuthn/U2F.
Example:
May I ask if you’d like to have 2FA Yubikey/some other instead of a PIN for the Zero Trust Access page which is configured to protect your WP-admin login page? 
It is possible as far as I’ve tested.
