Cloudflare 2FA Time-Based One-Time password (TOTP) mobile app for authentication and doesn’t send code to email, so that’s not an option. And using a single shared login for multiple users is a terrible security practice.

Why not add your team as Members with permissions scoped to their duties… so they can manage their own logins and 2FA – rather than sharing a single login?

That’s not an option for Cloudflare 2FA. It supports TOTP or a yucky type authentication only.
