My client is hosting their WordPress-based site on Cloudflare and I have full access to their account.
However, I can’t seem to find the hosting area in the CF Dashboard. All I can see are DNS, Domain, and security-related options.

Is your clients website actually hosted on Cloudflare, or is it only proxied by Cloudflare?
You can find out by looking at the DNS records. Do they point to a .pages.dev
site or to some other hosting platform?
If the site is hosted on Cloudflare, you are in the correct menu (Workers & Pages).
