How remove email routing record?

What is the name of the domain?

private.org

What is the issue you’re encountering

I can’t delete records from the email routing section.I created the records by accident when generating SSL certificates :expressionless:

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I tried to remove them through the DNS section - then they are “missing”.

trying to remove them through the “delete and distable” option also ends with the “missing” option, but they do not appear in DNS. The “fix record” option restores them to DNS - and this fun goes on and on.

MX xyz.org 50 route1.mx.cloudflare.net. Added
MX xyz.org 77 route2.mx.cloudflare.net. Added
MX xyz.org 38 route3.mx.cloudflare.net. Added
TXT cf2024-1._domainkey.xyz.org “v=DKIM1; h=sha256; k=rsa; p=MIIBIjANBgkqhkiG9w0BAQEFAAOCAQ8AMIIBCgKCAQEAiweykoi+o48IOGuP7GR3X0MOExCUDY/fwersgwergrgrgrgdf”
TXT xyz.org “v=spf1 include:_spf.mx.cloudflare.net ~all” Added

Neither private.org nor xyz.org use Cloudflare nameservers. Absent actual valid domain names, no one in the community can check to validate if disabling removed them from DNS or not. If they don’t exist in DNS queries when it’s disabled then that’s what you were expecting right? So any dashboard message can be ignored.

thanks for the answer
when I remove the records from the DNS table - they remain here as missing. I mean how to remove them from here too

edit: I misunderstood OP’s problem and posted an irrelevant solution. Deleted.
