In ‘DNS’ several records point to IP of server thats down (www.LazyBee.biz)

Instead we need that traffic to go to webpage on other domain: http://cederholm.net/LazyBee-Down.htm
OR (if impossible? to our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/lazybeehousesapartments/
