I recently added Cloudflare to the site
and enabled Google Analytics App (from Cloudflare Marketplace) on it.
However I still don’t see the UA-106605162-2 code when I browse on it.
So I was wondering how much should I wait.
If it was installed via the Cloudflare App Marketplace it should take a couple of minutes at most.
Is the domain you are looking at actually enabled in Cloudflare? Is it 
in the DNS settings?
Can you share the domain name?
