How many subdomains can I have on CF?

Hello,

How many sub domains can CF have? There’s similar question (Number of A Records (Subdomains)), I’m not sure.
We want to assign sub domains on customer’s devices and the numbers up to 200,000.

Do we need business plan? Is there a limit for number of sub domains?
