How long to change update IP Address?

Hello,
I have question
I have been changed a new IP Address
How long does it take?
Currently still go to Old IP Address that go to competitor website,I not sure why
During change to New IP Address , can I stop old IP Address real time?

Changes apply within a few seconds usually. You’re likely still seeing the old content due to caching. You can flush your cache or change your DNS server to something else (say 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 for example)
