How long does the edge certificate take to lock? It’s been pending for hours

Hi @phil24,

It can take up to 24hrs on the free plan, if it has been pending for that long, check out Community Tip - Best Practices For Certificate Provisioning - My first try would be #3 there, to disable and re-enable Universal SSL. If you do that and wait another 24hr, then if still not working I would recommend you contact support.

You haven’t provided a domain so no one can check but… is your zone active on Cloudflare? If not, a certificate can’t be provisioned.
