1st time, I waited 12 hours, got concerned and reverted back to original settings.
2nd time - I have waited 24 hours, but still not working ?

Now I used the name servers recommended by Cloudfare, but if everyone is going to use them, is this not the problem?
Changing nameservers can take 24-72 hours, but typically much shorter.
There are a number of things that can mean the nameservers don’t get updated, such as not entering them correctly, not changing them with your registrar, not disabling DNSSEC before migrating etc.
