How long does it take to 100% Always On?

I just added a website like 2 hours ago, but the always on is not working (I manually tested) how long does it take for the Always On feature to work 100% ?/

Always On is not necessarily the most reliable feature. It relies on a dedicated crawler, so I guess it will only show up once Cloudflare crawled your site at least once.

Always Online does not cover 100% of your site. Also, if you have a Cache Everything page rule with an Edge TTL setting, you need to follow certain rules:
