How long does it take for Cloudflare Registrar to respond to a simple support communicaton?

I sent a support ticket to Cloudflare Support approximately four days ago in an attempt to resolve an issue with a domain transfer where the domain is due to expire.

Not heard anything and am worried that the domain will expire.

How long does it usually take for Cloudflare to respond to registrar support tickets?

Hi @CySec,

It can take a couple of days, and usually the weekend affects that as well. If your domain is getting close to expiry, I would recommend renewing with your current registrar as we’ve seen some messes here where people have transferred too close to expiry.

Can you explain the situation a bit more and post the domain?
