How long does it take for a ssl/tls edge certificate to provision

i have just bought a new domain from uniregistry and pointed the nameservers to cloudflare & when i added the domain to cloudflare and looked at the ssl/tls edge certificate section i see “No certificates” is this normal?

If your TLS/SSL Mode is set to Full (Strict), it should start provisioning a certificate.
