We have a need to have SSL coverage for our root domain AND for a subdomain with wildcards (i.e. domain.com, *.domain.com and *.subdomain.domain.com. I signed up for Advanced Certificate Management this morning, but hours later it is still in the “Pending Validation (TXT)” state. Is this normal?
I’m also getting a notice that SSL validation for the *.subdomain.domain.com certificate requires a second DCV record and I’m not sure I understand what it actions it wants me to take?
