I did buy 2 domains and i wanna them to redirect to my business page from google but its not working, do i need have a ip in order to redirect ?

No, it needs to be a valid and resolvable IP address, and cannot be a Cloudflare IP address!

what 192.0.2.1 is used for ? why the tutorial recommend it ?

Is the DNS record (hostname) with the IP 192.0.2.1 proxied and set to within the SSL option set to Full (Strict) SSL?

May I ask have you tried using a different Web browser, or tried clearing your Web browser cache?
How about using a Private window (Incognito mode) or a VPN connection if possible?
Is it the same behaviour on your mobile phone (4G LTE, mobile data, cellular)?

Sorry let me reformulate my question because i was confused as fck.
I learn in this post in order to use page rules, i must set a dummy DNS IP.
My question is:
What kind of IP can i pick ?
Can i pick a random number like 8741824841 or 41293494-222 ?
Can i use 192.168. 0.1 ?
Why 192.0.2.1 was recommended ?

I just wanna know what options i have and what people recommend for this situation.
