Its possible do that without pay for pro plan ?
Sorry, clients can not connect to Port 7080 in Cloudflare unless you’re on an Enterprise Plan with Spectrum. Only the ports in that article are available for this.
There’s a Portzilla app with a 14 day free trial that will route an allowed port to port 7080 on your server.
