How I can delete a record a previous owner set in my domain?

Kinsta is forcing their accounts to use Cloudfare.

When I change the record of my domain it never gets to KINSTA server this is what I get:

I already create an account with the domain and delete it to check if that deletes de record hub spot keeps but is not working. Thanks in advance

That domain is using GoDaddy’s name servers, and is not proxied by Cloudflare.

thanks for your reply sdayman yes I have to set up back the old IP since when I try to update the record the site redirects to HUBSPOT instead of kinsta

If you need it, I can set it back just let me know when and I will be checking since the site will be down.
