How get Cloudflare to remove a blacklist IP

How does one ask to remove an Ip that is blacklisted and put new IP. I’m sending normal mail, not spam, and Blast service says I need to ask.

I know Cloudflare is a free service, still how does one ask them for this?

And its Cloudflare I need to ask because technically IP coming from them, not the domain registar or webhost.

This sounds like the Spamhaus blacklist. Send email to support AT cloudflare DOT com and ask them to contact Spamhaus. Make sure you let them know the IP address that’s in the report.
