How fast I can see changes when I PAUSE cloudflare?

I added my website to Cloudflare , main homepage MENU changed ! from horizontal to vertical , ALL menu are gone now I am getting this error :

Not Found

The requested URL was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I want to troubleshoot and PAUSED clouldflare and still same :

Not Found

EXCEPT my index page menu is back to normal state before my website was added to Cloudflare.

How long it takes for Cloudflare to stop my website data to be going via their servers? I want to go back to same state as before Cloudflare and replicate the issue.

MENU should be HORIZONTAL not vertical, and all links are ERROR! and I PAUSED Cloudflare already 20 minutes ago.

You can verify in your browsers dev tools that you are connecting to your Origin directly. If you can reproduce the issue with Cloudflare paused, then the issues are on your webserver

As an FYI, the retina.js prefix you are using seems to be causing a lot of your 404 errors.
