Hi
I recently bulk-moved all my domains to Cloudflare due to the competitive prices + I like to keep all my registered domains together with one registrar (I had a couple here already)
I have 4 domains which use cPanel hosting in a UK datacenter, but before I moved the domains to Cloudflare I was required to change the DNS to the Cloudflare ones.
That was done and my domains were transferred.
I now want to update my DNS to point back to my server in the datacenter as I already had a lot of customisations to the DNS that didn’t get copied over.
It’s also important as I have an automated DDNS tool that updates a subdomain with my current home IP. Most of my lab CNAME records clone that subdomain, so they’re all dead in the water until the DNS is managed by my hosting again.
The sites and email look to be ok, so I just need to point my DNS cPanel back to my cPanel so everything starts working again.
The rest of my domains I’m happy to keep with Cloudflare as I’ll be using them for testing and home lab stuff, but the always on stuff in my cPanel I’m keen to get back on-line.
