I have a paid subsciption with no way to access support for Zero Trust
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I have sent a ticket into billing, with no response.

I have a Standard Subscription to Zero Trust which is supposed to give chat and email support which I have access to neither. If I go to the Cloudflare Support it tells me I don have access to chat I have no clue who I can email and the only option is to post to community forms. Additionally I cannot create or view tickets, whenever I try to open this it redirects me to a support page saying I don’t have access.
You don’t unless you have an Enterprise subscription or you are willing to wait weeks and weeks for even an initial reply. They literally told me to come and search here and to use the community for support even though we pay for a business plan.
Sorry for the issues you’re hitting @cjeffries, I see a ticket associated with your account. Can you search your emails to see if you have a ticket 01415635? If so, you can reply to that email in order to communicate with Support.
