Because it wasnt cached.

Did you just remove the page rule? Now I am not getting the cache status any longer.

That explains why it doesnt work anymore. It worked before.
Is there a method/setting that turns off caching for registered users or at least the administrator?
Only on the Business plan. That has a Bypass Cache on Cookies option.
