How do we get support to actually respond?

I have had 01398958 open since Feb 21st and except for an auto reply I have not had a response, we are on a business account so support tickets are supposed to be included

If you already have a case, Support will respond to you on that case.

You’ll need to follow these directions here, Billing, Plans & Subscription Questions. The Community cannot assist with Billing, Account, Trust & Safety, nor Registrar issues, you need a case with Support.

Sure, that is all well and good saying that, but the fact is they have not responded after nearly 50 days!

The issue is not Billing, Plans or Subscription related.

The reason I posted here is because I found several such instances where people posted here and someone from Cloudflare responded and they finally got a response such as this one What to do if support does not respond? - #3 by harshinik and in fact yourself at one point Support not responding since 2 weeks - #15 by cloonan
