I’m one of those

Not by cloudflare

The domain became active cloudflare a year ago, https://securitytrails.com/domain/theoldmillpress.com/history/ns using the nameservers

marvin.ns.cloudflare.com
nelci.ns.cloudflare.com

In the account you are using here the domain is pending. If the nameservers in the account you are using here and/or can access are not the two shown here, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns that means you are not in the account that holds the active domain. Do you have another Cloudflare account?

No, I was working with USA Web Professionals, but no longer. I had told them that I wanted all hosting at GoDaddy so this issue and Cloudflare are completely new to me.

I have sent them an email, but no answer yet. If they do not respond, then what? I need to get our business website back up. I am the owner of theoldmillpress.com domain.

GoDaddy said, “Please contact Cloudflare to request for them to flush cache for DNS.”

Thank you and sorry for the issues. If you cannot contact the person that holds the domain in their account you don’t have any other options other than to talk to your domain registrar, godaddy, and ask them to change the nameservers from the two that are current used (marvin & nelci) to the two in the account you are using here which I believe are

kanye.ns.cloudflare.com
laura.ns.cloudflare.com

Those are cloudflare IPs, you need to ask godaddy the on IP address they use for your site where they are hosting in.

If a site is not active in your account, Support cannot work with you. You need to have godaddy change the nameservers, give you the IP and then create an A record in the DNS app of the account you are using here and enter the godaddy IP.

the IP Addresses that GoDaddy sent me for Cloudflare are: 104.21.39.202 and 172.67.171.91

Okay, I will go back to GoDaddy and let them know what you said. I appreciate your help.
