HI, I am not a superadmin for my domain on my cloudflare account. the person who is is a contractor I hired years ago and is inaccessible.
How do I wrestle the account back and make me admin or extricate my domain from cloudflare?

You won’t be able to get access to that account. The best thing to do would be to set up the domain anew on your own Cloudflare account. Just add it to your account, change your domain’s nameservers to whatever Cloudflare then assigns to your domain, make sure the DNS records are correct, and you should be good to go.
