How do I whitelist IP on a "free" cloudflare account without WAF

What is the issue you’re encountering

Website not sending info to Shipstation regarding orders

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

The issue is that all of a sudden, the Shipstation Wordpress plug in stopped sending data to Shipstation. Support at Woo said that we need to allowlist their IPs in Cloudflare. Here is the actual text from their rep:
• Orders stopped importing after Order #41073 on April 16.
• Your logs from ShipStation indicate a 522 error on April 11, followed by additional errors showing HTML output instead of API responses.
• These logs strongly suggest that Cloudflare’s security layer is blocking or challenging ShipStation’s API requests, preventing them from successfully pulling orders.
• Since Cloudflare is critical to your site security, we completely understand that pausing protection isn’t ideal.

We are on a FREE Cloudlare account, can’t afford $200 per month for business account on a pretty new site that does not generate that type of business yet. So WAF is not installed. Is there any way to solve this and allowlist their IPs? Keep in mind i have very basic understanding of how this works. I don’t have an IT person running the site, it’s all me and occasional “jobbers” i hire.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

website not sending info to Shipstation

A 522 (timed out) error code indicates that your server didn’t respond in time.

As a quick fix, I would still recommend that you try to pause Cloudflare for your site and see it that changes anything.

If you believe that requests have been blocked by Cloudflare, you would first check which feature caused the block in the event log: https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/security/events
