How do I use the image resizing function?

I want a functionality that resizes external images, not an image storage solution.
I purchased Cloudflare Images feature, but it didn’t meet my requirements.
I would like to use the functionality requested through the URI address as shown below.
What feature should I purchase?

That’s Image Resizing. You need a Pro (or higher) plan for that.
