WARP
I would like to use DNS over warp when I’m using zero trust. With regular warp I can choose whether to use DNS over WARP or HTTPS. I couldn’t find any setting related to this in the zero trust dashboard or the app once I’ve logged in with zero trust. How would I set it up so that zero trust also uses warp?

The screenshot you shared is showing that the WARP application is in WARP+ mode, not Zero Trust.
In Zero Trust mode, you can select Gateway with WARP so that DNS goes over WARP. You can also configure this in your Zero Trust dashboard > Settings > WARP Client
It is running in zero trust mode.
So I logged into my account:
Warp → Preferences → Account → Login with cloudlflare zero trust
And it says zero trust in the app itself.
Plus there’s only an option to set the gateway mode and that’s already set to Warp
