How do I update my existing SPF record?

Hi, I am very much out of my depth. I need to update my SPF record, so I have been told. How do I do this?

Any help much appreciated.

That’s actually a TXT record, but your mail host needs to tell you what to put in the fields:

Thank you. I seem to have figured it out. My contact forms on my website are not working. Having a nightmare. Hopefully this will work.
