I have a credit card for R2, but I don’t want to spend anything, the free plan is enough for me, so I want to stop the service without being charged when the request exceeds my free plan limit

Unfortunately, at this time there is no feature to set usage limits. Instead, I would suggest monitoring your usage and perhaps creating alerts that will notify you when certain operations exceed thresholds.
