How do I resolve "error 1000 - DNS points to prohibited IP"

Im a newbie so using the auto settings that were assigned to my new account. I’ve read the support articles and forum but cant make sense of it. PLEASE help me figure out how to get my site loading again! THank you in advance, Tom

Thank you AppleSlayer…but I dont know which A records to delete, and which ones to change to what. I remember using Cloudflare before with the auto settings generated on linking my domain…is that still possible?
