How do I redirect one of my domains to another one without affecting the subdmain

For example.

I have 2 domain names

I want to set up some rule that would make anything the user goes to to ABC.com/XYZ the system redirects him to CommBank - bank accounts, credit cards, home loans and insurance

Is that possible ? How can I do this ?
