What is the issue you’re encountering

I purchased the domain and 2 Google Workspace accounts through another host. I then moved the hosting to Cloudflare and have initiated a domain transfer to Cloudflare, which is currently in process. I am trying to add a couple more emails accounts through Google Workspace. When I try to add it through the Google Workspace admin console, it tells me I do not have any more licenses and need to purchase them through my host, which is my old host where I purchased the original two. Since the site is longer hosted there, and my my host is Cloudflare, I am wondering how I can purchase them through Cloudflare or another route. Thank you for your help.

That is very unlikely as, with limited exception, Cloudflare is not a hosting provider. Cloudflare is most commonly implemented as a reverse proxy that sits between your visitors and your webhost.

Cloudflare is neither a Google Workspace reseller, nor an email provider. You will need to consult with a Google Workspace resale partner to obtain additional licenses. I suggest checking with your current host.

Alternatively, you can cut off the middleman and transfer your Google Workspace billing from the current reseller (your host) directly to Google.
