I need to have our 587 SMTP port opened.
We use Amazon AWS, Cloudflare and have Cpanel.
We are trying to set up an account on https://www.warmy.io/ and cannot because they are telling us that our 587 port is closed.
We need someone who can open it (Where is this done?)

By default Cloudflare is a HTTP/S proxy and only proxies these ports - Network ports · Cloudflare Fundamentals docs
If you would like additional ports and protocols available (eg 587/smtp) you would need to look at using a product called spectrum which allows you do to this, but what your looking to do would require the Enterprise version of Spectrum - Protocols per plan · Cloudflare Spectrum docs
Another option would be to run your SMTP on a DNS record that is not proxied through Cloudflare (eg. smtp.warmy.io ) that is grey-clouded/dns-only.
