How do I not receive important emails in spam?

Hello! :wave:

Let’s suppose

Sender email is [email protected] uses Cloudflare Routing and Sendinblue SMTP

v=spf1 mx ~all
v=DMARC1; p=none; sp=none; rua=mailto:[email protected]!10m; ruf=mailto:[email protected]!10m; rf=afrf; pct=100; ri=86400

Receiver email is [email protected] Cloudflare Routing and Gmail SMTP
v=spf1 ~all
k=rsa; p=MIGfMA0GCSqGSIb3DQEBAQUAA4GNADCBiQKBgQCr6KMgdxxgg7oT3ulMwPJs9RXgXDrI9UWU118pHEMohl3UbL3Jwp4oxp/9N3thh/3WCJnYV134zbEVolZwqaT3JsFEq/mQ/RpW/JnOZ3rnxqJPurb2bcfJol4SDxiWVObzHX31xnANzFcXnq1/5dMK5QvW4Jh7n0fm4+4ywqiy2QIDAQAB
v=DMARC1; p=reject; rua=mailto:[email protected]

Issue is not limited to Cloudflare Routing user, but also facing for email coming from G Suite user.

Sender 2 email is [email protected] who uses G-Suite

v=DMARC1; p=reject; rua=mailto:[email protected]
v=spf1 ~all

Any idea, why I am receiving from these sender as spam? This issue started since I implemented _dmarc for all these e-mail addresses. Earlier, all emails were dropping either in Primary or Promotion tab.

When I check original header it shows like this at my end. :fearful:

DMARC is a complicated topic, and it is possible to pass both DKIM and SPF and still fail DMARC. Without more detail, it is impossible to diagnose why the email is failing DMARC. Since Cloudflare doesn’t provide any DMARC services, troubleshooting it in the Cloudflare Community is off-topic. The dmarcian forum is better equipped to help you with this.
