How do i make it show Captcha

Sorry, I am new here but i dont really understand how to do this.
I am basically trying to make sure every visitor gets to complete the captcha challenge but i dont know how to set it, i have Cloudflare Pro if anyone knows how to do this please tell me.

You can go to the Firewall section of the Cloudflare Dashboard and use Settings to “I’m under attack!” This will put up a JavaScript challenge which is far less annoying than CAPTCHAs.

But if it’s CAPTCHAs you really want, you can use the Firewall section again, but create a Firewall Rule to match your domain name and add a Challenge (Captcha) for it.

Is your site under some sort of attack?
