How do I know if my abuse caseas are received by cloudflare?

I submitted 3 reports of sensitive nature and it has been several days. I have never heard from cloudflare since then, not even auto-replies. Is that normal? How do I know if my submission is valid and received, sent to the hosting provider so that no more submission is needed? (This is important because the abusive content has a huge impact on my privacy and personal safety, and it needs to be taken down asap) I am worried because I used to receive replies from cloudflare for other reports. Also, I do understand that cloudflare is not a hosting provider.
