How do I install 1.1.1.1?

The instructions for set up do not correspond to what I see on my Windows 10 (First, I had to search for the Control Panel; but more importantly,) when I got to the step “Click on Change Adapter Settings.,” i couldn’t find “Change Adapter Settings.” What do I do?

Thank You. The problem was that when I clicked on “Network and …,” it did not bring up the appropriate associated page. After re-starting my computer, it worked.
